Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable rooms, beautiful garden view, great communication, warm and cozy atmosphere.

I had a delightful stay with friendly staff who provided delicious dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious, warm, and had an excellent garden view. The hotel was well organized in confirming meal choices beforehand, and they even prepared vegan potatoes for breakfast.

The hotel was located in a good spot as it was close to the center where we could easily access shops and restaurants. the breakfast served was delicious and we particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the free parking was convenient as we had a rental car.

The overall customer service was poor as the staff seemed disinterested and unapproachable. the room was not up to the standard we expected as the bedding was dirty and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

Arriving at this charming guest house felt like a warm hug after a long day of exploring. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with everything we needed to feel at home. What we loved most was the delicious food, all locally sourced and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the potato dish they made just for us! The afternoon tea and raspberry jam were also a lovely touch. Plus, the location was perfect for our city break, close to all the action but still peaceful and quiet.

While we had a wonderful stay overall, there were a couple of minor issues. The TV reception was quite fuzzy, so we didn't end up using it. And while we were looking forward to using the sauna, it wasn't working during our visit. Lastly, while the staff was friendly and accommodating, we wish they had been more proactive about giving us recommendations for things to do in the area. though, we would highly recommend this guest house for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable base for their adventures.

Unfortunately, the TV signal was not clear in my room, but overall this did not detract from the wonderful experience at this lovely property.
